User Guide:

  1. Log in to your Jira instance as a user.

  2. Navigate to Apps (More) from the dashboard menu.

  3. Locate Options Manager from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click Options Manager to view permitted contexts.

  5. Explore and manage your options:

    • Create New Options:

      • Use the Create Options feature for easy creation.

      • Options can be created individually or in bulk:

        • Normal Custom Field Option: Create standard custom field options.

      2.Cascading Custom Field Option: Create cascading options for fields that depend on each other.

    • Edit Existing Options:

      • Click on Edit Options to modify existing options.

    • Enable or Disable Options:

      • Control the visibility and usage of options by enabling or disabling them.

    • Organize Options:

      • Arrange options alphabetically for better organization and clarity.
