End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Code4Me Developer for the use of Options Manager for Jira (the "Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Code4Me Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software for your internal business purposes. This license is granted upon payment of the applicable license fee.

2. Payment and Licensing

  • Payment: You agree to pay the specified license fee for the Software as outlined on the Code4Me Developer website or as agreed upon through a separate written agreement.

  • License Types: The Software is licensed on a per-user or per-organization basis, depending on the license type purchased.

  • License Period: The license is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Renewal fees may apply for continued use beyond the initial license period.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

  • Create derivative works based on the Software.

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Software without express written permission from Code4Me Developer.

4. Ownership

The Software is owned and copyrighted by Code4Me Developer. Your license confers no title or ownership in the Software and should not be construed as a sale of any rights.

5. Warranty and Support

  • Warranty Disclaimer: The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. Code4Me Developer makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Software, including but not limited to its fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

  • Support: Paid license holders may be entitled to technical support as outlined in the Code4Me Developer support policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Code4Me Developer be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if Code4Me Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Code4Me Developer may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the Software is used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Safeguarding any login credentials and access to the Software.

9. Updates to EULA

Code4Me Developer reserves the right to update this EULA. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
