Log in to your Jira instance
Navigate to Project settings → Extended JSM Portal - PRO
Click on the request type then search & add fields.
4. Hover on the field to remove from stored/selected fields for portal
Click Submit to save any changes.
You are all set. the selected fields will be displayed on customer request page ONLY if they have any value(s) on the issue.
