Configuration

Project Admin Configuration :

We are supporting all Jira fields Except Asset Fields

Summary, Description and Reporter field can be configured for Editable and they won’t render the value(s) again on Additional fields location as Jira already renders them in main screen

  1. Log in to your Jira instance

  2. Navigate to Project settings → Extended JSM Portal - PRO

  3. Click on the request type and set who can edit.

  4. Search & add the fields.

  5. Check the checkbox to make the field editable.

  6. Hover on the field to remove from stored/selected fields for portal

7.Click Submit to save any changes.

8.You are all set. the selected fields will be displayed on customer request page ONLY if they have any value(s) on the issue.

9. Navigate to the customer request page → Edit Request.

10.Make corrections and click Submit to save any changes.
