Admin Configuration:

  1. Log in to your Jira instance as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Apps

  3. From the left menu, locate Option Manager Configuration.

  4. Select CustomField to grant permission to users.

  5. Search for or select users to grant permission.

  1. Once users are selected, submit the configuration.
