1.Acceptance of Terms

By using the Jira Cloud Extensive Fields provided by Codeforme.in , you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement.

2.Extensive Fields Usage

  • License Grant: Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Extensive Fields within your Jira Cloud instance in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for the accurate and lawful use of Extensive Fields and must adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and Jira Cloud policies.

3.Ownership and Proprietary Rights

Extensive Fields and all related intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of Company. You acquire no ownership interest in Extensive Fields.

4.Data Privacy and Security

  • Data Handling: You are responsible for the data you enter or store using Extensive Fields. Company shall not access, use, or disclose your data without your consent.

  • Security: Company will take reasonable measures to maintain the security and confidentiality of your data, but you acknowledge that no system can be entirely secure.

5.Warranty and Support

  • No Warranty: Extensive Fields are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • Support: Company may provide support and updates for Extensive Fields at its discretion.

6.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use Extensive Fields.

7.Termination

Company may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease using Extensive Fields.

8.Changes to the Agreement

Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of Extensive Fields constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company concerning the use of Extensive Fields.
