Admin Configuration :

  1. Log in to your Jira instance as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to Project settings → Workflows → Choose the respective transition & Click the “conditions”.

  3. From the right bottom click “Add condition“ & Choose “Open Pull Requests Condition “

  4. After Choosing click “Add“ for configuration.

  5. Publish the workflow

 

Once configured the respective transition(s) will be hidden from Developers if there are at least one open Pull Request
