Jira issue panel is where diagram(s) are rendered and will not dynamically render the changes made to custom field unless there is a Issue/work item Refresh

Open a Jira issue and look for Field(s) which created in Unified Diagrams type
Click inside the Unified Diagrams field to activate the editor.
A dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to select the diagram type:

Mermaid
Graphviz
PlantUML

1.After selecting a diagram type, a textbox will appear.
2. Enter your diagram script for the selected type
3. Click Preview to see how the diagram will be rendered.

If the preview looks correct, click Save to store the diagram.

The diagram will be rendered directly in the Jira issue. in Issue Panel section
