End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Code4me.in (“Provider”), governing the use of the Grid View Plugin (“Software”).

1. License Grant

• The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Permitted Use

• You may use the Software to configure, manage, and display data within Jira as intended by the design of the Software.

• Modifications or customizations are allowed only if explicitly approved by the Provider.

3. Restrictions

• You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

  • Use the Software for illegal purposes or violate any applicable laws.

  • Share, distribute, or sublicense the Software to third parties without prior written permission.

4. Ownership

• The Software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Provider.

• This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Software, only a license to use it.

5. Support and Updates

• The Provider may, at its discretion, offer updates or support for the Software.

• Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes to the Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• The Provider is not liable for any damages, including data loss or service interruptions, arising from the use of the Software.

7. Termination

• This Agreement is effective until terminated.

• The Provider may terminate the Agreement if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

9. Acceptance

• By using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.
