Configuration

Admin Configuration :

  1. Log in to your Jira instance

  2. Navigate to Project settings → Extended JSM Portal

  1. Search & Add Fields.

  1. Please find the supported field types: Text, Number, URL, Select List(single & multiple), Cascade Select list, checkbox, Radio Button, User Picker(single & multiple)

  2. Note: We are not supporting Summary, Description & reporter as they are part of the portal display already

  1. Hover on the field to remove from stored/selected fields for portal

  2. Click Submit to save any changes

  3. You are all set. the selected fields will be displayed on customer request page ONLY if they have any value(s) on the issue
