Overview

The Calendar View in Release Manager provides a visual representation of release schedules based on the release end date. Each release appears on its corresponding end date, making it easier to track upcoming and past releases.

With the introduction of the Multi-Calendar View, users can now switch between different project calendars or view all releases across multiple projects in a single calendar.

Using the Calendar View

Accessing the Calendar View

  1. Navigate to your Jira project and open Release Manager.

  2. Click on the Calendar View tab to see the release schedule.

Using the Multi-Calendar View (Global Page)

1. Accessing the Calendar

  1. Navigate to Apps in the Jira navigation bar.

  2. Click on Release Manager.


2. Selecting Projects

  1. Use the search bar at the top to find specific projects.

  2. Select one or multiple projects to view their releases.

  3. Click Search to display the versions in the calendar.

Filtering Releases

Use the filter options to customize your view:

  • Released: Displays only completed releases.

  • Unreleased: Shows upcoming or in-progress releases.

  • Archived: View past or deprecated releases.
