Audit Log

Due to limitations in the data received from Atlassian for regular release events, we exclude these events from our audit processes. Instead, we focus exclusively on actions and events performed on the Release Manager's page to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our audits

The audit log displays data for the last 90 days only.

The Audit Log Plugin provides an additional layer of tracking and accountability for actions performed within the Release Manager. Here’s how to access and use the audit log:

  1. Accessing the Audit Log:

    • Navigate to the "Settings" page of your Jira project.

    • In the settings menu, find and click on the "Audit Log" option.

  2. Using the Audit Log:

    • The audit log will display a comprehensive record of actions performed within the Release Manager, including creating, editing, and deleting versions, as well as releasing, archiving, unarchiving, and un-releasing versions.

    • You can filter and search the log entries to find specific actions and the users who performed them.
